Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 15.10.2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to every order placed on SPK Hosting ( https://spkhosting.com ) and to every service we provide. Please read them before ordering. By creating an account or placing an order you accept them.

1. Who we are

The services are provided by [not set yet], tax ID ( CUI ) [not set yet], trade register no. [not set yet], registered office [not set yet], Romania, e-mail [not set yet] ( "we", "us" ). The full details are on the Legal notice page.

2. Definitions

  • Customer / "you": the person or company that creates an account and orders services. A consumer is a natural person acting outside their trade or profession.
  • Service: a game server ( e.g. Counter-Strike 1.6 ), a voice server ( TeamSpeak 3 ), a music bot, a hosted web panel ( SPK Panel, Mix Panel ) or any other product listed on the site.
  • Billing term: the period a payment covers ( 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, as offered for the product ).
  • Client area: the password-protected part of the site where you manage services, invoices and tickets.

3. Account

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and give true and complete details. You keep your password secret and are responsible for what is done with your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access to it. One person may hold several services in one account.

4. Orders and contract

The product pages describe the main features and the price of each service. You choose the product and billing term, fill in your billing details and confirm the order with the button "Order with obligation to pay". The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by e-mail. We send you a proforma invoice with the payment details. We may refuse an order for a legitimate reason ( e.g. false details, earlier abuse, technical impossibility ); any amount already paid for a refused order is returned in full.

The contract is concluded in English or Romanian, as chosen on the site. The order is stored in our system and you can see it at any time in the client area.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in EUR and are final prices. No VAT is charged. The price you see when ordering stays the same for the renewals of that service unless we tell you about a change at least 30 days before it applies; you can cancel before a change takes effect.

Payment is made in advance for each billing term, with one of the methods shown on the invoice. The invoice for a new order is due within 3 day(s). A new order that is not paid within 14 days is cancelled automatically. After the payment is received we issue the fiscal invoice as required by law.

6. Setup and delivery

We set the service up after the payment is confirmed, usually within one working day, and send the access details ( address, panel link, login ) to your e-mail and the client area. Where a service needs information from you ( e.g. your own TeamSpeak license file ), the setup starts when we receive it.

7. Renewal

Services renew for the same billing term until cancelled. About 3 days before the end of a term we issue a renewal invoice, due on the last day of the current term. If a renewal invoice is still unpaid 3 day(s) after its due date, we may suspend the service until it is paid. If it stays unpaid for 14 more days we may end the service and delete its data.

8. Cancellation by you

You can cancel any service from the client area at any time. The service then runs until the end of the term already paid and is not renewed. Unless the right of withdrawal applies ( see Right of withdrawal ), amounts already paid for a running term are not refunded.

9. Suspension and termination by us

We may suspend a service right away, and end it if the problem is not solved, when: it is not paid ( section 7 ); it breaks the Acceptable Use Policy or the law; it endangers our network, other customers or third parties ( e.g. it is the source or the main target of attacks we cannot filter ); or a public authority asks us to. Where possible we warn you first and give you time to fix the problem. If we end a service without a fault on your side, we refund the unused part of the paid term.

10. Your obligations

  • Use the services only for lawful purposes and as described in the Acceptable Use Policy.
  • You are responsible for the content on your servers ( maps, plugins, files, voice and chat ) and for the people you give access to.
  • Respect the license terms of third-party software you use with the service ( e.g. TeamSpeak, SinusBot, AMX Mod X plugins ). For the "with your license" product you need a valid TeamSpeak license of your own.
  • Keep your own backups of anything important. We make reasonable efforts to protect data but backups are not part of the service unless the product page says so.

11. Availability and support

We aim for the availability described on the Service levels page ( target 99.5% per month ). Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Support is provided through tickets in the client area and by e-mail, in English and Romanian.

12. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence and where the law does not allow a limitation. Otherwise our total liability for a service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 3 months before the event, and we are not liable for indirect damage such as lost profit, lost players or lost data you did not back up. We are not liable for interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control ( force majeure, attacks beyond the capacity of the DDoS filtering, failures of upstream providers or of the Steam / TeamSpeak services ). Nothing in these terms limits the rights consumers have under mandatory law.

13. Third-party software and brands

Counter-Strike and Steam are trademarks of Valve Corporation, TeamSpeak is a trademark of TeamSpeak Systems GmbH, SinusBot belongs to its respective owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them; the names are used only to describe compatibility.

14. Personal data

We process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms for valid reasons ( new services, changes in law, security ). The version accepted with an order applies to that order. For running services we announce changes by e-mail at least 30 days in advance; if you do not agree, you may cancel before they take effect.

16. Complaints and disputes

Send complaints to [not set yet] or open a ticket; we answer within 15 days. Consumers may also turn to the National Authority for Consumer Protection ( ANPC, anpc.ro ) and to alternative dispute resolution ( SAL ). These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes go to the competent courts of Romania; consumers keep the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence and may also sue in the courts there.
