General
How fast is my server ready?
We set it up after the payment is confirmed, usually the same day. You get an e-mail with the address and login as soon as it is ready.
How can I pay?
Every invoice shows the payment methods we accept right now, with the reference to write on the payment. As soon as we see the payment we mark the invoice paid.
Is there a contract or minimum period?
No. You pay for one billing term at a time. Cancel from the client area and the service ends at the end of the term you already paid.
Do I get my money back if I change my mind?
As a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw. Because the service starts right away at your request, the amount for the days already used is kept. Details are in the Right of withdrawal page.
What happens if I pay late?
We remind you by e-mail. If a renewal stays unpaid a few days after the due date the service can be suspended until it is paid.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Open a ticket and we move you to a bigger plan; the difference is calculated for the days left.
Where are the servers?
In Frankfurt, Germany, behind DDoS protection.
Do you get an invoice?
Every order and renewal gets a proforma invoice in your client area. The fiscal invoice is issued according to the law after the payment.

Which engine and mods are installed?
ReHLDS with ReGameDLL_CS, Metamod-r and AMX Mod X. Tell us in the order notes if you need something specific.
Can I upload my own plugins and maps?
Yes, with the file manager in the panel or over SFTP.
Do I get a MySQL database?
Yes, one database is included for admins, bans, stats or anything your plugins need.
Can I move my existing server?
Yes. Upload your cstrike folder or open a ticket and we help you move it.
TeamSpeak 3 servers
What do I receive?
The server address and a ServerAdmin privilege key. With it you create channels, groups and permissions yourself.
Can I change the number of slots?
Yes, open a ticket. The new price applies from the next term, or right away with the difference for the days left.
Which port does the server use?
The default 9987, so players only need the address.
What is "with your license"?
If you already have your own TeamSpeak license, we host the server for it. The slot count follows your license.
TS3 Music Bot
Does the bot need a TeamSpeak server from you?
No. It works with any TeamSpeak 3 server you are allowed to connect bots to.
What can it play?
Songs you upload, playlists and web radio streams. You control it from its web interface.
Who can control the bot?
You decide: the web interface has its own accounts and you can allow commands from TeamSpeak groups.
Web panels for CS 1.6
Where is the panel hosted?
On our web hosting, on its own address ( yourname.spkhosting.com ). Your server gets its own database; nothing is shared with other servers.
Do I need to install anything?
Only the game plugins on your CS 1.6 server; we send them with the setup instructions and the database settings.
Can my admins log in too?
Yes. You are the server owner in the panel and create staff accounts with tick-box permissions.
Does the panel work with any CS 1.6 server?
It needs AMX Mod X with MySQL access from the game server. Ask us if you are not sure.
